Ambrose performing under moody red lights
Biography

Ambrose Calloway, better known by his stage name Silk Guerilla, was a rising star in the New Orleans jazz scene before the Embrace turned the beat around. Born in 1919 and Embraced in 1945, he was stolen from a future of fame and immortality through music—only to be given a different sort of immortality by his sire, Evangeline DuMorne.

Now based in Houston as a Harpy, Ambrose moves through Elysium like smoke through saxophone brass—stylish, cool, and dangerously smooth. He walks the line between performance and politics, using his sharp tongue and sharper fashion sense to slice through Kindred society with Toreador finesse. To some, he’s a legend. To others, a threat in silk gloves.

RP Hooks
  • Harpy with a Mic: He’s not just style. Ambrose watches, remembers, and delivers social executions with that golden voice. Flirt, lie, slip up? He clocked it.
  • Toreador Traditionalist: The old ways still mean something to Ambrose. Beauty matters, but pain? Pain makes it honest. He seeks art that hurts.
