Cocktails

Luna Lagoon: 2 oz vodka, 1 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, topped with tonic water, and garnished with a lime twist.
Ocean Glow Punch: 1 oz vodka, 1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz peach schnapps, 2 oz tropical fruit punch, a splash of lemon-lime soda, and garnished with a cherry and a wheel of lemon.
Palapa Punch: 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, a splash of grenadine, and garnished with an orange and cherry skewer.
Castaway Cooler: 2 oz rum, 1 oz banana liqueur, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz coconut cream, and garnished with a slice of pineapple and sprig of mint.
Coral Reef Cooler: 1 oz peach schnapps, 1 oz vodka, 2 oz orange juice, 2 oz cranberry juice, and garnished with a slice of orange.
Surfside Sangria: 3 oz white wine, 1 oz peach schnapps, 1 oz orange juice, and a splash of club soda, poured over slices of orange, pineapple, and strawberry.

Burritos Deluxe: Two burritos, one with ground beef and beans and one with shredded chicken and beans. Covered in burrito sauce and cheese and topped with lettuce, sour cream, and tomato.
