Kevin/Introduction

Kevin is relatively new to the area, originally hailing from the east coast. For better or worse, he's a fairly stereotypical Malkavian -- weird, obviously a little mad, enigmatic, and at times downright frustrating to interact with. He possesses a somewhat child-like and immature demeanor, and this can at times cause him to be overlooked. Despite this, he's generally in good spirits and is always down to bring some levity to any given situation -- whether or not it's wanted.
