Kevin/Introduction

Kevin is relatively new to the area, originally hailing from the east coast. For better or worse, he's a fairly stereotypical Malkavian -- weird, obviously a little mad, enigmatic, and at times downright frustrating to interact with. He possesses a somewhat child-like and immature demeanor, and this can at times cause him to be overlooked. It doesn't help that he usually dresses like he's on a middle school field trip. Who embraced this testament to arrested development?

Oh well. At least he's generally in good spirits and is always down to bring some levity to any given situation -- whether or not it's wanted.
