<---------------------------------[ Forest Caern - The Weirwood Hall ]--------------------------------->

Beyond the Moonlit Chamber lies the Weirwood Hall, a vast, cavernous space dominated by a colossal oak tree that seems to grow from the very heart of the cavern. Its trunk, as thick as a mountain, stretches upwards, disappearing into the darkness above. Its pale, ghostly bark is etched with countless, intricate carvings, depicting scenes of ancient battles, celestial bodies, and creatures both human and mythical. The roots of the tree snake across the cavern floor, forming a labyrinthine network that divides the space into shadowy alcoves.

These alcoves are adorned with more hewn faces, their eyes seeming to glow with an inner light. The air is thick with the scent of damp earth and old wood, and the only sound is the distant drip of water. In the center of the hall, a massive, humanoid skeleton hangs suspended from the cavern ceiling, entwined with the roots that wind through this place as if it has been here for millenia. It pulses with an ethereal light, casting iridescent hues across the cavern walls. The remains are said to be the remnants of an ancient race, long gone from this world. Now, the last druid's bones serve as the heart of the Caern, and its energy is felt throughout the entire space.

===============Meridian===============

Meridian is here and present about the size of a golf ball. The moon orb glows a bluish aura in a haze of silverish light, dimmed down to protect the eyes of those visiting the Caern. The spirit light moves through the crowd, zipping with excitement. It pauses around Chance, then zooms around Ryoko's head as if to say hello. Then it willow-wisps a blink out, and bright on again by Niall and Justin. A greeting goes to the wolves it hasn't met yet in Spirit Speech, <<Good evening from the Celestial Heavens!>> It finally comes to hover over by Father Abe, as it pings his shoulder with some moondust, before getting closer to Tori to hang out with her. Oh wait, there's Rue. The spirit bounces over to Rue than hovers right above her head to glow like a halo.

======================================
==============Lunafreya===============

The Weirwood Hall is alive with the presence of elders and Kinfolk, gathered in unity. Near the obsidian elders' stone, the leaders of the Sept command respect: Anaya Anallay, a regal Uktena Philodox elder, sits upright with piercing amber eyes; Divina Sinclair, a Wendigo Ahroun elder, exudes quiet strength; and Wren Nightshade, a Shadow Lord Theurge, leans on her intricately carved staff, her gaze distant yet sharp. Also gathered on the elder stone is Grey Talon, a Red Talon elder in wolf form, observes with twitching ears and primal focus.

Kinfolk are scattered throughout the hall, their contributions vital. Mara Stonewalker, a Fianna herbalist, offers calming teas to restless Garou, while Thomas Reed, a tech-savvy Glass Walker Kinfolk, quietly prepares to share updates. The Smith family, Children of Gaia Kinfolk led by their matriarch Eliza, provide provisions and lend support. Younger Kinfolk sit attentively beside their Garou relatives, eager to witness and contribute. As the Mistress of the Rites, Speaks-to-Lotus, raises her staff to open the Moot, the gathered crowd stills, their collective focus shifting to the matters at hand, united under the sacred canopy of the weirwood tree.

"Under the branches of the ancient weirwood and the watchful eyes of our ancestors, we gather tonight not only to face the challenges before us but to reaffirm our bond as a Sept. Let the Heartfire burn brighter with our purpose, so we may move always with wisdom and foresight. Tonight's Moot has several items on the agenda, if anybody has anything to add speak now," Lunafreya says while scanning the room from her perch up on the Alpha's rock.

======================================
================Chance================

Chance leans casually against one of the sprawling roots that snake across the floor, his amber eyes flickering with quiet amusement as he surveys the gathering. The faint glow of the cavern's light catches the edges of his well-worn leather jacket, casting him in a mix of shadow and luminescence. His pipe dangles loosely between his fingers, the faint aroma of his herb-and-tobacco blend curling upward in lazy tendrils.

He tips his head slightly to greet familiar faces as they enter, his grin warm and inviting. "Big crowd tonight," he murmurs to no one in particular, his voice carrying the easy cadence of someone perfectly at home within the caern. Straightening up, he tucks the pipe into his pocket and waves to Moon Moon, speaking to her in greeting, <<Hello, little one.>> A smile and wave is offered to the others gathering as moves to stand over where Tori is, leaning in to speak softly to her as the events begin.

======================================
================Ryoko=================

Moon Moon's antics earn the little spirit ball a hand reaching out to it from the redhead, trying to catch it or at least doing thr closest equivalent to a high five you could do with a spirit. But soon enough, when things settle down, Ryoko settles at the edge with others, her eyes affixed on the many big wigs. Things were afoot.

"I have things to report from the city." She announced at the call from the Alpha, keeping the interruption as short as possible.

======================================
=================Tori=================

Restless is probably a kind term for Tori's arrival. She lingers at the edge of things, watching an entire .. nearly an entire room full of people that are unfamiliar to her. She ends up with Chance next to her, and a zip of Meridian around her head and ultimately a little mockingbird spirit on her shoulder, on the side that Chance isn't. For trying to stay on the edge of things, Tori's landed herself with little spirit whisperings in her ear and Chance whisperings in the other. Whatever he might have said, she just nods in agreement.

======================================
================Aidan=================

Having arrived timely, Aidan is dressed comfortably for the moot. His fetish sword strapped at his back as he waits for tbings to begin. An easy going smile, friendly exhanges here and there as he settles in.

When Lunafreya kicks things off his attention turns fully to watch. Nothing yet to add, he remains quiet.

======================================
==============Lunafreya===============

"You may speak now, Ryoko," Lunafreya says in response.

======================================
================Justin================

Justin is here, he's just quiet and listening, watching the moot as it begins.

======================================
================Niall=================

Niall is also here. He stands near the front, arms folded over his chest. He looks to those gathered, but his attention is on the dais.

======================================
==============Father Abe==============

Off to the side is where Father Abe is standing, leaning upon his large shepherd's staff and donning his light and dark colored brown robes. He has his hood up over his head, but stray strands of dirty blonde hair leak out from beneath it along with his thick beard. He stands their calmly waiting for things to start, intense eyes watching the others as they prepare for the event.

When Moon Moon buzzes by his shoulder he will greet her in the spirits tongue, <<Good evening, Moon Moon. It is good to see you made it as well.>> A wave of his hand before the spirit skitters off again.

======================================
==============Archimedes==============

Though he arrives with Father Abe, riding easily on his shoulder, the brown rat doesn't remain there long. They hang out all the time together, so it's no wonder he wants to see other people sometimes, right? As the good Father passes by people, he makes a leap for Chance to land on his shoulder but doesn't stay there long. He is already scurrying across to the other side so he can jump to Justin. A quick scamper across his shoulders and the rat launches toward Ryoko, but is about to come up short; so he has to bounce off the top of the disco ball (Meridian) and BOING! After running across Ryoko he finally bounds and soars across the gap to find purchase on Rue's shoulder; a little bit out of breath.

======================================
================Chance================

Chance leans closer to Tori, his voice low as he whispers with her. His grin widens as Moon Moon zips past them, her glow briefly illuminating the edge of the gathering. Straightening slightly, the nuwisha watches Archimedes perform his aerial acrobatics across the room, landing in a flurry of movement. A soft chuckle escapes him, and then his gaze sweeps the area briefly, noting the rising energy as the Moot begins to take shape.

======================================
===============Meridian===============

Meridian is a little buoyant. When the rat lands on top of its sphere it sinks a bit as if gravity ruled the day. It surges back up again, floating in that celestial current of air that seems like spiritual ether. The sphere shimmers a few soft tones, that makes the Mockingbird sitting on Tori look puzzled. It tilts its birdie head as if trying to translate an <<Oomph>>.

Moon Moon grows brighter to those who greeted her back and she turns a brilliant shade of purple to convey her joy at the gathering. It slowly moves by Archimedes, and blips!

Moon Moon works her way over to Lunafreya to be at her side, and slowly evolves to glow an even deeper purple, with a blue aura.

======================================
================Niall=================

Niall will look to the others and then back to Lunafreya. He makes a gesture that he has something to say as well. He'll wait his turn.

======================================
=================Rue==================

Rue moves, slowly, but constantly. She trills a warm greeting to Meridian as she hovers close to the red head. Her cheek presses to the parkouring rat gently as leaps and bounds find him on her shoulder, a stupid little grin on her lips. Yeah. Okay. She's fond of the rat.

Her roving attentions were largely doing an inventory of the gathering, but as Ryoko is given space to speak, she turns her inky eyed attentions to the woman, her head canting as she listens, sending a drape of hair over the rat on her shoulder like a casually tossed blanket.

======================================
================Ryoko=================

Called to elaborate, Ryoko stood to get to a spot people could more easily hear her, thumbs slipping to hook under her belt. "There's many things going on in the town. On the one hand, Chance lead a warband agaoins a group of spirits in Memorial Park that were harming the trees and people, but that tale is better told by him, even though I was there to witness its success."

Inhaling, Ryoko then looked over the assembled people. "But what is more interesting might be the progress of the search for a base in town. There's the run down Navigation Boulevard Shipyards, where the spirits of water and bog are still strong despite the Pentex fingers closeby."

Taking a moment, her left hand slipped free to guesture left - or rather to the west - as she spoke again. "In Montrose the Oaks of Baldwin Park seem to harbor some remaining strength, though the iron grip of the city is strong and the Namebreakers are closeby. But more interesting might be Juniper Cross."

Once more she takes a moment to gauge the reactions, continuing. "Where the shipyard is defensible, and the park fragile, the discarded Juniper Cross School lies in an area that has no strong holding I could find and there seem to be kin living in the third ward around. Its namesake tree grows strong in the Umbra and it might be groomed to awaken the most easy and without disturbing the surroundings. Yet there seem to be other groups that have laid their eyes on the old building: Investors."

======================================
==============Archimedes==============

Stopping to sit and listen on Rue's shoulder, the rodent gladly accepts her blanket of hair to roll up in like a sleeping bag of rat burrito. When there is mention of Juniper Cross School he gives a few low squeaks, << We saw that place. It isn't far from the old city caern. It would be a decent staging ground. Investors? We can handle investors. >> A pause and he chitters, << Perhaps multiple strongholds in different strategic locations? >>

======================================
=================Rue==================

Rue gives a little chirp of sound as she nods her head slowly listening to Archimedes squeaks as he gets comfy. "The ratkin, have recently been to this place, The Juniper Cross School, they say that it is not far from the old city caern, and could prove a good staging ground and could represent one of many strategic strongholds-" She pauses and looks to her shoulder, barely, it's an awkward angle. "Do we have the numbers for that, we may need numbers before we stretch too thin." This is barely a whisper, before she continues on "in different locations. Caerns have traditionally been used that way...temporary strongholds, or ways to extend moon bridges access..." she offers to the conversation, largely on Archimedes behalf.

======================================
==============Father Abe==============

Father Abe will shuffle around a bit on his feet, leaning against the shepherd's staff lazily while he listens to Ryoko's words and the Archi's as well. He will give a solemn nod of his head in agreement, "I concur with what they have said. The school, at least to us rats, would be a plausible staging ground as we can hide and feed within it. Not sure about the others but as my brother alluded to, it never hurts to have multiple strongholds in case things fail." He has a deep, rough voice that he speaks with.

======================================
================Aidan=================

Aidan nods a moment, listening along with the others. Without cimment he glsnces from Rue and the Ratkin back to Lunafreya.

======================================
==============Lunafreya===============

Lunafreya rises, her commanding presence quieting any murmurs among the gathered. Her amber eyes glint with resolve as she addresses the Sept:

"Ryoko's words are wise, and the spirits' guidance is clear. Juniper Cross will serve as our first foothold in the city. Its namesake tree stands tall in the Umbra, a beacon of potential. But let me be clear; this is not a place for us to claim as a home. No pack will reside there permanently, nor will we disturb the balance of its slumbering spirit without respect or purpose."

She pauses, her voice softening yet remaining firm. "This will be a duty, not a privilege. Packs will rotate, serving the Sept by tending the site, guarding its growth, and ensuring its protection. We approach this with the spirit of service in our hearts, not as conquerors or settlers. The kin in the Third Ward must feel our care, not our intrusion."

Lunafreya gestures broadly, her hand moving as though to weave unseen threads. "And as we work to protect and ensure Juniper Cross is prosperous, we must look ahead. Navigation Shipyards, Baldwin Park -- they, too, hold promise and purpose. Each potential site will be connected, not isolated. We will weave a web of strength across the city, binding each caern with moonbridges to ensure our unity and strategic reach. Every step we take must honor Gaia and fortify our Sept. Hopefully, this will address our lack of numbers and turn this weakness into an advantage, otherwise Rue is correct; we don't have the numbers to hold multiple strategic assets."

She meets the eyes of those assembled, her voice swelling with conviction. "The task before us is great, but we are greater still. We will show this city the strength of our unity, the wisdom of our spirits, and the sanctity of our cause. Let Juniper Cross be the first step in the journey ahead."

She lowers her hands, her gaze steady as she looks to Ryoko and the others for their input. "Are we agreed?" The elders whisper among themselves for a few seconds before all of them nod in assent with the Sept Leader's decision to start establishing a strong presence in the city proper. After that is settled, Lunafreya turns with a smile to Chance and beckons him forward.

"You have done a great service to Gaia on behalf the Sept this day, for that you have my respect and that of the spirits whom speak well of you and your deeds Weeps-with-Laughter. Let him be an example for those who lead others into battle!" Lunafreya rears her head back and shifts her vocal chords so she can let loose a fearsome, victorious howl while she holds up Chance's arm like he'd won a championship fight on WWE.

======================================
================Maddy=================

Maddy makes her way in fashionably late as she moves through the back quietly to move over to the area where the other Nuwisha is located. She does not interfear or anything as she looks to the gathered garou and Fera.

======================================
===============Meridian===============

Meridian moves around Lunafreya to the other side of Chance as he's brought up to raise his arm. The moon spirit slowly puffs up and out, as if it were taking in a solitary breath and sucking in air to get bigger and bigger, until it's the size of a bigger ball. It glows more brightly, and rolls right into the Nuwisha's armpit! He gets tapped with moondust and he now glows in that one spot as if he has a whole new outlook on deoderant. <<Yessssss! Spirits whisper all good things! Now must champion to save the forest!>> The orb bounces around some of the Elders up front, gleefully dusting them in her path and making radiant shimmering noises of celebration.

======================================
================Chance================

Chance stands as Lunafreya calls him forward, his expression a mix of playful humility and genuine pride. His amber eyes catch the light filtering through the Weirwood Hall, glinting like embers as he steps toward the Alpha. The faintest grin tugs at his lips as her words ring out, and the howl that follows sends a thrill through the cavern.

Raising his free hand, he gestures broadly to the gathered Sept, his voice warm and full of good-natured humor. "It was a great adventure to be sure. Everyone did great and pulled their weight and then some. We even found that Tiffany may have created a legend of her mighty pitchfork. That's one of the stories worth telling." He glances around, catching the eyes of those he fought alongside earlier. "We saw everyone there do proud in combat and scouting the way."

Turning to Lunafreya, he inclines his head deeply in respect. "I'll take this honor, not for myself, but as a reminder of what we can do when we move together, like the pack Gaia intended." He steps back, a soft chuckle escaping him as he adds lightly, "Now, let's figure out how to make the next story even better." With that, he settles again, his sharp gaze sweeping the area with pride.

======================================
================Niall=================

Niall arches a brow and waits for his turn to speak for now.

======================================
==============Lunafreya===============

"Niall, if you have something to say you may speak," Lunafreya adds simply after spotting his arched brow.

======================================
================Aidan=================

Aidan smiles as he watches Chance. Then when Lunafreya calls attention to Niall, he turns to his fellow Fianna warrior. He is doing his best to not be distracted by the bouncy, fluttery moon spirit.

======================================
==============Father Abe==============

Father Abe remains quiet now as Lunafreya issues her orders for the group at large, he will simply drum his fingers against the shaft of his staff. Though he will give an appraising eye to Chance when he is celebrated, knowing the details of his conquest through the spirits talking.

======================================
================Niall=================

Waiting his time. Niall unfolds his arms from his chest. "As I have howled twice this week, the Forest is in danger." Niall says. "Not only is it succumbing to the loss of the spirit, but now there is a more mundane threat on the horizon."

"The spray paint I found was a stash. Two men spent the next day or two, between patrols to mark about a twenty acre swath of the forest from the edge of the road." He looks to the others. "This marking could only be seen as someone preparing to cull that area of the forest. We need to find out who's got their hands in it and stop them. Twenty acres at a time is how we end up with no forest at all."

======================================
================Maddy=================

Maddy beams a smile at her Fellow Nuwisha proudly. She reaches into her satchal like bag and pulls out a single old worn out boot offering to to Chance as she grins a lopsided grin and says "Your tropy sir." She then adds "I am proud of you, you make the Coyote proud."

======================================
================Chance================

Chance's arm faintly shimmers with a soft glow of moondust where Moon Moon had lifted it earlier, the ethereal light catching the eyes of those nearby. He dips his head respectfully toward Lunafreya and then to Niall as he listens intently, the playful glint in his amber gaze tempered by the gravity of the Fianna's words.

As Niall speaks, Chance steps quietly back to where he had stood with Tori, his movements fluid and unhurried. Grinning at Maddy, he fights back a chuckle, gives her a warm smile, and quietly says, "Thank you." Accepting the trophy, he then holds it up for all to see before holding it close to continue to listen and watch.

======================================
=================Rue==================

Rue, enrattened as she is, is slowly weaving through the crowd still, as if intent on spying every face she doesn't know and trying to commit it to memory, as if trying to see this moment from every angle. Literally. Every so often she whispers some detail or other, like she's trying to pair names to people, and slowly it becomes clear, at least, to the rat on her shoulder, that he's matching renown and spirit descriptions to these people she doesn't know! For spirits are ever gossips, and they hover to her like a flame at night.

She stills as Lunafreya invites Niall to speak, but she does whisper to Archimedes "When we climb, will you tell me about the old Sept? The spirits talk but it's...different." As anyone who has ever tried to get a whole story out of a spirit can tell you. Her head snaps back to Niall though at the mention of the paint cans, and reflexively, her lips peel from her teeth in an involuntary snarl before catching herself and reigning it in to a more neutral expression.

======================================
================Ryoko=================

Having given her Report, Ryoko returns to the edge of the group, lisening again.

======================================
===============Meridian===============

Meridian blips near Lunafreya, <<The spirits on the other side are afraid. The gafflings have begun to move away from the center of the marked trees, as if seeking new shelter. Fear taints that area of the forest and one of the larger trees has begun to weep away its leaves.>> The purple orb color slowly shifted to a light blue and more silverish spots can be seen on its round surface.

======================================
================Masha=================

Masha is without a picnic basket for once today, trying to move as quietly as possible with her crutches and her bandaged up foot. She makes her way to a seat somewhere in the back and carefully props up her hurt foot. Quiet waves are offered to anyone who happens to look her way.

======================================
=================Tori=================

"I mean.. can someone go hang out in the forest and just ask the people with the spray paint who they are with?" Tori asks quietly into the mix of conversations, of concerns and worries.

======================================
==============Lunafreya===============

Lunafreya's expression darkens, her golden eyes flickering with a deep, simmering anger. She steps forward, her voice steady but carrying the weight of experience.

"I know this threat all too well, Niall. When I lived among my people in the Ucayali Basin, we faced the same slow death by a thousand cuts. Each tree marked for felling, each patch of earth stripped bare—it wasn’t just the forest that suffered, but its spirits, its lifeblood, and its defenders. I have seen what happens when we fail to act swiftly and decisively. It is not just land they take; it is the soul of Gaia herself."

She pauses, allowing the gravity of her words to settle over the room. "You are right. Twenty acres is how it begins, and soon it is a wasteland where nothing thrives. We cannot allow this to happen to the Forest."

Her voice hardens with purpose. "We will find out who is behind this -- those marking the forest, those planning the cull, and those funding it. Their roots must be cut before they grow too deep. Niall, I want you to lead a team to investigate. Bring back names, plans, and any weaknesses we can exploit so we can plan our course of action."

She glances around the room, her gaze unwavering. "And we must act on more than one front. As we address the immediate threat, we will also rally the spirits of the Forest to bolster their strength and make them aware they are not alone in this fight. Let the invaders feel the weight of their wrath and ours. This is no longer just a danger -- it is a battle line. And we will not falter. Moon Moon, Rue, I will be counting on the two of you two commune with the spirits." Her final words are fierce, leaving no room for doubt.

"Niall, Moon Moon, Rue report to me as soon as you have information. We will strike quickly and decisively, as protectors of the Forest and warriors of Gaia." Lunafreya looks distracted as her eyes drift to the Druid's Grove where the World Seed is being guarded at all times by a contingent of Fire Warriors,"We....are still searching for a spirit powerful enough, and willing, to become the next Spirit of the Forest. As of now the search is ongoing but I have hope the right spirit will come to us in our greatest hour of need." A pause, and then Lunafreya's gaze is directed to the gathering once more. "Does anyone else have anything to say or bring forward to the congregation?"

======================================
================Niall=================

Offering a bow of his head to Lunafreya, Niall accepts the mission given to him. He looks around and then seems to contemplate. "There is one other thing." Niall says. "I hear talk of taking places close to the old city caern." He looks to those gathered, "I'd like to remind folks that caern fell to the Wyrm. It's a Hive now, or should be with all the time that has passed. Anything close to there is going to need to be protected with everything we have."

======================================
===============Meridian===============

Moon Moon is given a task and the glow moves to a brilliant blue that is soft on the eyes. It blips once, for an affirmative to the Sept leader, and the crowd gathered around. It may be a little moon spirit, but it can certainly glow when stirred. << I can! I can talk with them. We can make a plan, right Rue? Together! We must save the trees, the life bringer to all under Gaia. >>

======================================
==============Father Abe==============

Father Abe still leaning on his staff that is gripped tightly he will chime out in a deep, powerful voice, "Should Moon Moon and Rue need assistance with the spirits the good Father knows a thing or two about dealing with them as well." He will finish and a give a light bow of his head, offering assistance should they need it.

======================================
=================Rue==================

Rue is breathing slow, steady, the sort of conscious breathing you do to stay calm, focused, because in some ways she is very human still. The idea of faceless corporations are her least favorite, especially when they're trying to kill fragile spiritual territory. Her eyes lift and fix on Lunafreya, her lips a grim line. But she nods firmly to the charge placed on their shoulders.

"Of course we'll make a plan, together, we'll save the trees, we'll find the spirit, we'll save the forest, and aren't letting them cut a fucking single tree. That isn't their right here." This last bit is sharp, almost vicious. She catches herself and clears her throat, softening some. "Father Abe, you and Archimedes prove forever resourceful, for spirits, and the inconveniences that life throw our way." There's amusement here, a joke, in the subtext.

======================================
=================Tori=================

Settling quietly, Tori goes back to just watching. Listening. Her attention moves from person to person as they speak, and of course its hard NOT to pay attention to Moon Moon as it flits here and there, sparkling like a firefly.

======================================
==============Archimedes==============

The entire time, the rodent is relaxing on Rue's shoulder listening to everybody talk. When he is mentioned Archi gives a little chitter back, << Unleash us. >> That is all he says, and doesn't really move from his spot on Rue's shoulder. He does peer over at Father Abe after saying it.

======================================
===============Meridian===============

Meridian hovers in near Niall after he mentions the darker topic. There's two fronts coming right now in the story of the meeting circle and the spirit hasn't lost sight to the tone of his voice. <<Hive!>> Blip. <<It may take many rats to disassemble workers in the forest. Even more to clean out a hive. How many rats does the city have?>>

======================================
=================Rue==================

Rue gives a soft series of chitters and squeaks. "Soon. I'll head out in a few hours, see what I find. We will try the way of red tape and intimidation, and if that fails, we will turn the forest green on the blood of the enemy." She pauses "But there is no walking back from that and our numbers are not what they should be for watering forests with our foes, so caution first." Pauses "and maybe traps." Her attention shifts back to Niall as Moon Moon exclaims about the Hive! "Moon Moon wonders after the number of rats. I have been told it's more than we think, less than we need?" She looks to Archimedes and Father Abe curiously. Told by who.....

<Lang: RATKIN>

======================================
==============Father Abe==============

Father Abe will clear his throat when Moon Moon speaks in the spirit's language, her question will cause his lips to curve into a smile, "Unfortunately, not as many as I would like despite my aggressive trying to breed more rats. Most are still young, and it will be some time before we can perform the birthing plague upon them." He will give a glance to Archi before continuing, "That said between my brother and I we can do a lot with a little. Taking care of some people trying to chop down the forest, as long as they are normal humans, shouldn't be an issue. I can poison their food, spread disease through their encampment and if not force them to pick up and move on it should at least slow their attempts down significantly." A faint pause and that wicked smile will find its way to his lips, "It would be my pleasure to inflict as much scourge upon these sinners as possible."

======================================
==============Archimedes==============

Peering between Rue and Father Abe, the brown rat listens and nods a bit. Then he weighs in on what is said with a few squeaks, << We make it look natural. Disease. Something that can spread rapidly and kill. Even if they are more than just humans, my brother can back it up with spiritual power and unleash it. Traps. Demolitions. There are a lot of ways. >>

======================================
================Masha=================

Masha gathers her crutches up and carefully gets back onto her good foot. She takes in a slow, deep breath before she exhales and begins to make her way back out of the hall on her crutches.

======================================
==============Lunafreya===============

Lunafreya rises once more, her voice clear and steady, resonating with the gathered Sept. "We have much work ahead of us, but we move forward with purpose and unity. Juniper Cross will become our first stronghold in the city. Anyone who wants to help Niall gather intel should reach out to him, or you can contact me directly with the same offer of assistance being granted to Meridian and Rue who will be looking into ways to help the forest spirits." With a nod to the elders, the Sept Leader steps down from the dais and walks through the gathering touching shoulders, shaking Kinfolk hands and kissing babies on the forehead, or whatever it is she is doing in the throng of bodies she's wading through as she heads towards the mouth of the Caern. The moot had convened but the feast and evening revelry had just begun.
