Wendi Talibah Foucault (or just "Tabi" if being informal) came from France, which is all she'll really say of her origins, citing a promise to her sire to say no more about it. When asked about her mortal history, she dismisses it as unimportant, that the mortal she once was no longer exists and is of absolutely no concern; she'll even say she's forgotten whatever name she had as a mortal.

She arrived in Houston only recently, not long after the 'vanishing', and met with Prince Ha-Joon, introducing herself as an independent Kindred who wished to have friendly relations with the Camarilla. It was then explained to her that the Sabbat were taking opportunity to expand into Houston's sudden vacuum and that he'd not be able to help protect her if she were on the outside, she asked what would be in it for her. From there, they struck a deal that she'd be treated as a full member of the Camarilla. She countered with a request that he awknowledge whatever primary holding she created for herself in the city as her personal Domain, while also keeping the full protection the sect would be able to offer. The Prince countered that this might be doable, but that he saw no value in it. Her counter to that was to suggest she could create a place that would serve the sect as a Rack, where Camarilla Kindred would be able to regularly hunt, under her watchful gaze.

This was agreeable to the Prince, but only if she agreed that he's hold some Prestation over her as a part of the bargain. She thought it over a moment, and asked about clan relations, being as her own clan is quite rare and she'd likely be the only example in Houston. He offered to allow her to be a part of his own clan, Toreador, until and unless one or more other Daughters of Cacophony came to the city; at that point, as the longest-residing Kindred of that clan, she'd be the candidate most likely to be named Primogen; by bringing her 'into the fold' of Toreador, he'd be able to personally help to ensure her protection in the city.

Thus, the bargain was agreed to, and Tabi established a nightclub named The Flux Capacitor in short order, with this place being her claimed Domain in the city which also serves the Kindred of the Camarilla as a Rack.

Of course, she had never been aligned with the Camarilla before this agreement was struck, and her lack of knowledge of the ways of the Camarilla made her being one of them... problematic. Eventually, the Prince, in open Court, called her out for 'insulting' him and the Prestation she owed him, and stripped her of her status within the Camarilla and the Toreador clan, of which she'd until then been treated as a part of. With that, Tabi left the Court and the Camarilla behind, seeking to find and make her own way in Houston as the Independent vampire she'd always been before she came to the city.
